Terms and Conditions
Website Orders: Orders placed online from this website will normally be shipped within 24 hours. Please be sure to specify your correct phone number and email address, in case we have a question about your order. This will avoid your order possibly being delayed or canceled.
Telephone Orders: Telephone orders are welcomed 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday, and 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday. Please call our toll free order line at 1-800-IMPALAS (1-800-467-2527). Local and overseas customers, please call (480) 981-1600. Please make a list of your parts before calling.
Fax Orders: Please call our toll-free fax line any time: 1-800-716-6237, or (480) 981-1675. Please be sure to include your telephone number in case we have a question about your order.
Retail Store: Our Retail Store is open for walk-in customers, and in-store pickup of your order, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, and can be reached at (480) 924-4800.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Credit Cards: For website orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express. On all credit card orders, we must have the account number, expiration date, CID number from the signature panel, and the card holder's name and billing address exactly as it appears on your monthly credit card statement.
PayPal: You can use your PayPal account with us.
Checks/Money Orders: If you are paying by check or money order and wish to send it in by mail, please write the order number on your check from the shopping cart checkout process.You may use a personal or business check, however we will hold the check for bank clearance before shipping the order. For faster service, please use a money order or bank certified check. In this case, we will ship immediately.
C.O.D.'s: We regret that we do not ship orders C.O.D.
Foreign Orders: All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars. Foreign orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds, or by credit card. A $10.00 export handling fee will be charged to all foreign orders.
Sales Tax: Arizona residents only will be charged applicable sales tax. We do not charge sales tax if your order is shipped to an address outside of Arizona. If you are a qualified automotive parts reseller within Arizona, please send us your AZ Resale Certificate, and we will activate tax exempt status on your account.
Ground Shipments: We normally ship UPS Ground or USPS whenever possible. Please provide a street address, as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. We will add shipping and handling charges to credit card orders. For prepaid mail orders, please call for shipping and handling charges. Our minimum shipping and handling charge is $9.99. Oversize parts may carry additional charges in addition to regular ground rates. We can also ship in-stock parts via Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or Three Day Select for an additional charge. Please call for more information.
Truck Shipments: Items that are too large for UPS (large body panels, etc.) are normally shipped via truck freight. Please call for a quote on freight rates. Crating and handling charges may apply. In the event that a truck shipment is refused, freight charges both ways will be the responsibility of the customer. Truck shipments must be inspected for damage at the time of delivery. Any damage MUST be noted on the bill of lading before the truck driver leaves. For example, write: "Shipment Received Damaged" on the bill of lading, before signing for delivery. If no notation is made of damage, the shipment will be considered received in good condition, and may not be able to be replaced.
Foreign Shipments: Small items can be shipped USPS First Class Mail, or Priority Mail. Larger items are normally shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited Service, or by air freight. To Canada, we normally use UPS Standard or USPS. Due to the vast number of worldwide destinations, and the limitations of our website to accurately quote international freight costs for every item to every destination, we reserve the right to make adjustments to the shipping cost estimates quoted for international orders to cover the actual shipping and handling costs once your order is packaged and ready for shipment. Most international destinations will impose tariffs, taxes, customs duty and/or customs brokerage charges. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Damage Claims: If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us to have the parcel inspected within five days. Please keep the original box and packing material. In all cases of damage, the merchandise must be inspected at the point of delivery to the customer. Please do not send a damaged parcel back to us before it has been inspected, as this will void any damage claim.
Back Orders: Every attempt will be made to ship your entire order complete. If we are out of stock on any item, it will be back ordered unless you specify no back orders. The price of the item, plus the shipping and handling charges for that item will be charged at the time of shipment. If we can not ship the back ordered item within 30 days, we will advise you of the delay, and if requested, cancel the item and issue a refund or credit, if applicable. If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges.
Special Orders: Some items are made to order, or are drop-shipped to you directly from the manufacturer or outside vendor. The price of the item, plus the shipping and handling charges for that item will be charged at the time of order. Certain made to order merchandise can sometimes have significant lead times. Please ask prior to ordering if you have any questions about delivery time on special order merchandise.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with any part, you may return it to us in unused and resalable condition within 30 days for an exchange or refund (less shipping and handling charges). Please call first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returned items must be sent prepaid, with a copy of the invoice, and the Return Authorization number on the box. We will not accept returned merchandise shipped C.O.D. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Books, special order parts, made to order merchandise (some interior items), used parts, custom body section cuts, truck freight parts, electrical parts, and parts damaged during installation are not returnable.
Shortages or Discrepancies: Please notify us of any shortages or errors with your order within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise. After this time period, we cannot be held responsible. Please check your order when you receive it, even if you are not ready to install the parts.
Price Changes: Our printed catalogs have current pricing at the time of printing. However, due to the possibility of unforeseen price changes, or raw materials and fuel surcharges from our suppliers, our prices are subject to change. Please check with this website for the most current pricing.Price Match Policy: See our product priced lower elsewhere? We'll match it! Impala Bob's wants to earn your business. Price Matches will only be honored on identical items. The product must be the same make and model (i.e., the same size, color, year, etc.). The product must be brand new. We do not Price Match refurbished, used, previously installed or OEM items. We do not price match auction sites, including but not limited to current bidding price, winning bid or "Buy it Now" price. Impala Bob's Price Match Policy does not combine with any competitorís coupons, rebates, promotional offers, or product-combo deals on your order. Some items may not be eligible for price match due to manufacturer pricing requirements.
Limited Warranty: All new parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days. Defective items will be repaired or replaced. Defective parts must be returned freight prepaid. We will pay shipping and handling on the replacement item.
Liability Disclaimer: We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by abuse, incorrect installation, modification, shipping, accidents, or normal wear. We can not accept liability for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to: late shipment deliveries, labor charges, customs duty, inconvenience, or other expenses related to installation or use of our products. While all statements and technical information are believed to be accurate, we do not accept responsibility for errors, or liability for harm resulting therefrom. Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid.
Governing Law: Legal title (ownership) of any items purchased from Impala Bob's, Inc. is transferred to the purchaser when the items are shipped (FOB shipping point.) As such, these terms and conditions are governed by the laws and jurisdiction of the State of Arizona.
